Ripun Bora criticized for posting in Bengali

Guwahati, November 18, 2018:

Assam Pradesh Congress Committee president Ripun Bora received a lot of criticism after he used Bengali in one of his Twitter post.

Ripun Bora in his Twitter post asked the people of Assam to vote at the upcoming Panchayat polls but he drew a lot of criticism as he shared the picture of the post in Bengali. Some questioned him on the replies of the post.

However, Ripun Bora took the post down after it turned out to be a controversy.

Speaking on the issue, Debabrata Saikia, leader of opposition, ACLP said that he has no idea about the post. He does not follow twitter and so he was unaware if any post by the Congress president was posted in Bengali or any other language.
