SC asks Hajela to submit report in sealed envelope

Guwahati (Assam), Aug 16, 2018:

The Supreme Court (SC) on Thursday directed State Coordinator of NRC Assam Prateek Hajela to submit a report on the percentage of people excluded from NRC draft in a sealed envelope.

The court also fixed 28^th August as the next date for hearing.

The SC further directed that each village panchayat must ensure that the final draft is available with them.
