SEBA lays down new examination rules

Guwahati , December 16, 2018:

The Board of Secondary Education Assam (SEBA), at a meeting held on Saturday at its headquarters in Guwahati, took some important decisions regarding the upcoming board exams.

Accordong to the decisions, every answer script is to have a barcode on the first page. The first page shall also contain marks obtained in the exam in serial-number. Examinees requiring extra paper are to submit their details along with full signature.

High-definition CCTV camera footage is also to be recorded and preserved at the exam centres. The dates of the exam shall be announced after the state government notifies the holiday list for 2019.
