SI Scam: Dibon Deka has been sent to CID custody and 2 more arrested

Mrinal Kr. Nath and Kakumoni Nath from Changsari forwarded to the court today after being arrested in connection with the SI scam.

Both are candidates for the Sub Inspector examination and had stayed in Hotel 'Bhargav Grand' in the intervening night of 19th & 20th September 2020.

“Today Crime Branch custody of Diban Deka ended. Though CID sought 7-day custody, honourable court has granted 6-days,” said his lawyer.

Dibon Deka was initially arrested in the case of SI scam was in custody of Crime Branch.Today he is sent to the honorable court for 6 days custody of CID.
