Special summary revision of electoral rolls published in Hailakandi

Hailakandi, February 13, 2019:

The final publication of electoral rolls in connection with the special summary revision has been published in Hailakandi district.

Rahul Doley, Election Officer, informed that the special summary revision of electoral rolls with reference to January 1, 2019, as qualifying date has been completed in all the 656 polling stations falling under 6 Hailakandi, 7 Katlicherra and 8 Algapur LACs. The three LACs fall under 1 HP (SC) Karimganj Parliamentary Constituency.

Doley further informed that the final photo electoral rolls have been published with gender ratio being 893 as on February 6, 2018.

Altogether the district has 649 persons with disabilities (PWD) voters and 652 'D' voters, Doley disclosed.
