Suspected ULFA-I linkman apprehended

Guwahati, January 10, 2019:

Suspected United Liberation Front of Asom- Independent (ULFA-I) linkman has been apprehended by a team of CRPF and Police from Namtola near Assam- Nagaland border in Charaideo district of Assam.

The suspected linkman has been identified as Nekibur Rahman.

The team seized one 3.2 pistol, one magazine along with two live cartridges. He is suspected to have helped the youths to join the outfit through social media contacts.
