Three arrested from Rajdhani Express in Guwahati

Guwahati (Assam), September 18, 2018:

Three persons were arrested from the Rajdhani Express at Guwahati Railway Station on Tuesday along with 1,080 bottles of Phensedyl cough syrup.

The arrested persons have been identified as Svilian Thanga, Thang Liana and Lalruat Kima, all of them from Mizoram. They were en route to Mizoram capital Aizwal from Delhi.

They were arrested by a team of Government Railway Police and Central Reserve Police Force during a routine patrolling. The consignment has been seized.
