Three Rhino Poachers arrested in Nagaon

Nagaon (Assam), Aug 28, 2018:

The Nagaon Police arrested three poachers from Rangagara, Nagaon when they were trying to 'trade' a rhino horn.

Police sources stated that the arrested person have been identified as Fazar Ali, Abdul Kadir and Azizul Haque. The horn has been recovered and it will soon be handed over to the forest department.

During interrogation they accepted that were involved in rhino killings and on Monday they were heading to sell the horn to one of their contacts. They were arrested based on specific inputs.

However, it is yet to be revealed who the buyer of the horn was.
