Three Students drown again in Kokrajhar's Gaurang River

Three students reportedly drowned into Gaurang River this morning in Kokrajhar town. Two of them died at RNB civil hospital Kokrajhar and another is yet to be found.

According to local citizens,three students went to the Gaurang River for bath and never came back.

Within hours of the incident local people rescued two of the three and another student still remained untraced.
The deceased were identified as Manoj Dey(15) and Shiva Barman(12).

Meanwhile, the National Disaster Management Authority and State Disaster Response Fund has started rescue operations.
