Two arrested in Morigaon early in the morning today

The police arrested two drug paddlers this morning, identified as Abul Kasem and his wife Fatema Begum.

The duo have been arrested after the police officials seized,

88 containers of 1mg Heroin,Large number of stolen articles of temples, Stolen pump-set, copper and aluminium wires

(which are suspected to be stolen from premises of Jagiroad paper mill)

The items were recovered from the house of the drug paddlers, Abul Kasem age 31, resident of Silbhanga, Jagiroad.

A case under appropriate sections of NDPS ACT and IPC (with regards to the stolen articles) is being registered and investigated into.
