Two drug peddlers arrested with 13 grams of banned narcotics in Assam's Batadrava
Batadrava Police arrested two alleged drug peddlers after seizing 13 grams of suspected narcotics during a routine check in Nagaon district. Investigators are now tracing where the contraband came from and where it was meant to go.

Batadrava Police in Assam's Nagaon district seized 13 grams of suspected banned narcotics and arrested two alleged drug peddlers during a routine checking operation on August 1.
The accused have been identified as Afzal Hussain and Saddam Hussain.
According to police, the narcotics were intercepted while the duo was allegedly transporting the contraband from Nagaon to Lahorighat.
During the operation, police also seized a motorcycle used for transporting the drugs along with two mobile phones from the possession of the accused.
A case has been registered, and further investigation is underway to ascertain the source and intended destination of the seized narcotics.
