VIGILANCE AND ANTI-CORRUPTION BUREAU RAIDS FORMER ASSAM MINISTER ROCKYBUL HUSSAIN'S PROPERTIES

The Vigilance & Anti-Corruption Bureau has formally began its probe into allegations of former Assam Congress Minister Rockybul Hussain owning properties disproportionate to known sources of income. A team of 8 member Vigilance & Anti Corruption bureau led by SP Pranabjyoti Goswami, raided various properties owned by the former minister including petrol pump, salasar restaurant in various parts of Nagaon area.

After the quest by the team Rockybul Hussain in a press meet said ‘If anyone can find illegal properties owned by me, I will accept all the punishments and charges levelled against me.’

Moreover he said to fight all the charges without any fear and also termed the investigations to be a conspiracy against him.

Vigilance & Anti-Corruption slethus led by SP Pranabjyoti Goswami raided multiple properties owned by Rockybul Hussain and his relatives in Nagaon and questioned people in connection with disproportionate assets allegations levelled by Congress leader Anil Raja.
