Youth held for attack on Axomiya singer

Tinsukia (Assam), Aug 28, 2018:

The police have nabbed one Aditya Singh from College Road here on Tuesday on charge of making an abortive bid on the life of popular Axomiya singer Abhinab Moran on 23^rd August.

Based on an FIR filed by Moran’s family at Tinsukia Sadar Police Station, the youth was arrested by the police and a case (no. 1070/18 under Sections 341, 326 and 307 IPC) registered against him.

Following the attack, Moran was admitted to a private hospital in Dibrugarh.
