Speaking to reporters, Kota stated that there was a significant response from large investors, small investors, and the MSME sector, all praising the "enormous response to Assam's policies and the state itself."

He lauded the environment created as a result of the investment summit, particularly after the announcement of the Tata semiconductor plant.

"Now, we will take Advantage Assam 2.0 to the next level under the guidance of the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister of Assam," he said.

Furthermore, he highlighted that the state had reached out to major investors and key countries where Assam holds potential. "We expect concrete results from these investments in the next six months to one year," he added.

He also mentioned that many stakeholders showed interest after attending the summit and hearing the speeches delivered by the investors.

"With 62 countries participating, we received an unprecedented response. Everyone supported the participation, as the Northeast is seen as a gateway to the 'Act East' policy, benefiting the entire country in terms of investment," he concluded.
