All Cachar Hills Tribes Headmen Association holds organisational elections at Digli Singpungji

The organisational elections of the All Cachar Hills Tribes Headmen Association were held on Saturday at Digli Singpungji in Cachar district, drawing widespread participation and enthusiasm from members of the hill tribes and indigenous communities.
