Announced on the eve of its silver jubilee celebrations, the institution has unveiled a series of initiatives aimed at expanding educational opportunities. The academy’s leadership shared details of these plans during an official press conference today.
Key expansion plans:
Establishment of a Law College and a Teacher Education College under the proposed university.
Plans to launch a Nursing College and a Pharmacy College to strengthen healthcare education.
Development of a nursing home to complement its healthcare initiatives.
Introduction of a special scholarship program for students of HSLC, Higher Secondary, Undergraduate, and Postgraduate courses, based on tuition fees and academic performance.
Since its establishment in 2004, Anundoram Borooah Academy has been instrumental in transforming Pathsala into an educational hub. The academy has consistently contributed to academic excellence, earning recognition for its quality education and institutional growth.

The press conference was attended by Dr. Ranjit Deka, the proprietor of the institution, along with renowned Sattriya exponent Ramkrishna Talukdar and academicians Himangshu Barooah and Jayanta Das.
