<p>The camp was held at the premises of the Margherita FRU/ Civil Hospital.<br>
 </p>

<p>The blood donation camp was inaugurated by Parikshit Thaudam, Margherita Co-District in the presence of other dignitaries, including the Indian Red Cross Society Margherita Branch General Secretary Pabitra Borgohain; Margherita MLA Bhaskar Sharma and representative Jyotish Rai.<br>
 </p>

<p>Dr. S K Dutta, Deputy Superintendent of Margherita Civil Hospital moderated the whole programme.<br>
 </p>

<p>More than 50 people, including students from Margherita College, Indian Army jawans, and local residents, donated blood at the camp. <br>
 </p>

<p>The blood donation camp and the blood storage center established at Margherita FRU will cater to the long-standing need for blood in the region.<br>
 </p>

<p>The event aimed to promote blood donation and create awareness about its importance. <br>
 </p>

<p>It was a successful initiative, and the collected blood will be used to save lives in the region.</p>
