The 26th All India Forest Sports Meet 2023 is underway in Panchkula, Haryana, with participants from all over the country competing in various events. In this mega event, Robin Kumar Baishya, a Range Officer from Morigaon, Assam, has won two gold medals in the weightlifting competition, showcasing his exceptional strength and skill.
Baishya's impressive performance has brought pride to his department and the state of Assam. In addition to Baishya, Azizul Haque also made Assam proud by winning a bronze medal in the 100m race. The 63-member team from the Assam Forest Department is participating in various competitions in the competition and has shown great enthusiasm and sportsmanship.
