Assam man goes missing on way home from Bengaluru

A 32-year-old youth from Habibarangabari in Assam's Morigaon district has gone missing while returning home from Bengaluru, where he was employed. 

The incident has sparked concern and anxiety among locals.

The missing person has been identified as Babul Nath, son of Balen Nath from Habibarangabari. According to his family, Babul last contacted them around 3:30 AM on Saturday.

During the call, he reportedly informed them that he had fallen into the trap of a “criminal group.” Since then, there has been no communication from him, and his whereabouts remain unknown.

Babul was on his way to Assam from Bengaluru when he disappeared. His family has filed a missing person’s report at the Mikirbheta Police Station in Morigaon district.
