Assam: Minu Saikia wins two gold medals at National Masters Athletics Championships  

Veteran Assam athlete Minu Saikia has secured two gold medals at the National Masters Athletics Championships held at Kantirava Stadium, Bengaluru, from March 4 to March 9, bringing pride to Kaliabor and the state of Assam.  

According to reports, the Assam team has already won over 50 medal in this prestigious national competition, which saw participation from 94 veteran athletes from various districts of Assam.  

Minu Saikia, a seasoned athlete, has consistently represented Assam in national-level competitions. Her latest achievement adds to her illustrious sporting career and highlights the strength of veteran athletes from the state.  

The National Masters Athletics Championships is a platform for experienced athletes across the country to showcase their talent, and Assam's remarkable medal tally further cements its standing in veteran athletics.
