Assam: Mutual transfer portal for government employees to open from January 1

The Mutual Transfer Portal for government employees will be operational from January 1 to February 28, 2025, offering employees the opportunity to apply for mutual transfers within the same department and pay scale.

The portal, designed to ensure a transparent and efficient process, will allow employees to submit their applications online. 

Transfers will be finalized upon mutual acceptance of the requests by the concerned employees.

Applicants are advised to seek assistance from colleagues, particularly those with experience in initiatives like the Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, for additional guidance.

The two-month window provides employees with a streamlined platform to facilitate workplace relocation based on mutual consent, promoting fair practices and employee satisfaction.
