Assam: One killed by lightning strike in Gossaigaon, family demands help

In a tragic incident at Raimona Bangtijhara village, Gossaigaon, one person lost their life due to a lightning strike late last night. Som Saren, the only son of Satu Saren, succumbed to the fatal strike, leaving behind his wife, Rangila Murmmu, and their two young daughters. The lightning strike also claimed the life of a goat, further exacerbating the family's woes.

Immediately following the incident, Rangila Murmmu and her daughters were rushed to the Sharaibil Model Hospital for medical attention. However, due to the severity of their condition, they were subsequently referred to Gosaigaon for advanced treatment.
