The incident took place in March 2023 in the Garubhasha Police Outpost area under the Sidli Police Station. The two accused, identified as Ratan Kisku and Thomas Kisku, were found guilty under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.</p>

<p><br>
The court sentenced 20 years of rigorous imprisonment under the POCSO Act and imposed a fine of 50,000 rupees on the two convicts.</p>
