The incident was reported from Maizgram area, adjacent to Sribhumi town, prompting swift police intervention after locals raised alarm.
According to preliminary information, the two individuals—identified as Dulal Uddin and Usman Gani—were allegedly soliciting funds by claiming affiliation with a madrasa. Their activities aroused suspicion among local residents, who questioned them regarding the purpose of the collection and sought documentary proof.
