<p>While no casualties were reported, the leak caused a dangerous release of gas creating panic and havoc among people. <br>

<p>Meanwhile, a few villagers narrowly escaped the situation.  <br>

<p>Locals have alleged that the incident happened due to the negligence of the OIL. <br>
 </p>

<p>Divisional authorities from Oil India Limited reached the site after several hours and successfully stopped the gas leak after hours of effort to contain the situation and prevent a major disaster.</p>
