Axom Senior Secondary School of Assam's Margherita maintains 100% HS pass record for 14th consecutive year

Axom Senior Secondary School, located at Agbandha under Assam's Margherita Co-District, has once again delivered an outstanding performance by securing a 100% pass percentage in both Arts and Commerce streams in the Higher Secondary Examination 2026 marking its 14th consecutive year of flawless results.

 

Established in 2010, the institution has consistently maintained an unbroken streak of academic excellence over the years.

 

In the Arts stream, a total of 47 students secured First Division, while 18 passed with Second Division. Among them, 8 students achieved Distinction and 17 secured Star Marks, reflecting a strong overall performance.

 

In the Commerce stream, all appearing students passed, with 8 securing First Division. Of these, 2 students achieved Distinction and 6 obtained Star Marks.

 

The school campus witnessed a festive atmosphere following the declaration of results, celebrating yet another milestone. The celebrations at the premises resembled a grand festival, highlighting the pride and joy shared by students, teachers, and parents.

 

Principal Pinku Kalita expressed immense satisfaction over the achievement, stating that the success reflects the dedication, discipline, and determination of the students. He highlighted that Anushka Bailung topped the Arts stream with 90.6%, while Nayanjyoti Deori led the Commerce stream with 86%.

 

He further added that the consistent results, along with multiple distinctions and star marks, demonstrate that focused effort and hard work continue to drive excellence at the institution.
