<p>According to the complaint, Raning Gate resident Bandana Gogoi had purchased sweets from Let's Go, a popular establishment in Dibrugarh, on Wednesday for her family.</p>

<p>Gogoi alleged that after bringing the sweets home and opening the packet, her family noticed a thick layer of mould on the products. She claimed the sweets had become unfit for consumption and had an unpleasant odour.</p>

<p>Following the alleged discovery, Gogoi approached the Food Safety Department and submitted a formal complaint seeking action against the establishment.</p>

<p>The incident has raised concerns over food safety and hygiene standards at commercial food outlets in the city, particularly regarding the storage and quality of perishable food items such as sweets.</p>

<p>The allegations have not been independently verified. The response of the management of Let's Go was not immediately available.</p>
