Drone recovered along Assam-Bangladesh border hours after Indian Army's strike across LoC

In a development that has sparked tension along the border, a drone was recovered in an abandoned state in the Charbazar area near Sribhumi town, located along the India-Bangladesh border in Assam. The recovery comes just hours after the Indian Army carried out strikes on terrorist camps across the Line of Control in Pakistan.

According to police sources, the drone was found lying unattended in an open area and was promptly seized by local law enforcement. The device was taken to the Sribhumi police station for further examination.

Preliminary suspicion suggests that the drone may have been operated from across the border in Bangladesh. Officials have not ruled out the possibility of cross-border surveillance or other illicit activities.

Sribhumi police have launched a full-scale investigation to ascertain the origin and intended purpose of the drone.
