Education will help minorities grab top government posts: AIUDF chief Badruddin Ajmal

All India United Democratic Front (AIUDF) chief Badruddin Ajmal while speaking at a foundation stone laying ceremony in Doboka on February 26 said that one day the children of the minority community will grab top government posts and rule the nation.

Speaking at the foundation stone laying ceremony, Ajmal said that since the time of India's independence, the minorities have been deprived and deceived on many counts. The minorities have to make education as their main weapon to rise above all. He urged everyone to be educated even if they are in isolation.

Lamenting on the present poor condition of the minorities, Badruddin Ajmal said, “What is exactly happening? People of the minority community and the poor people are living in temporary make shifts or on pavements, not even in pucca houses. During rainy season, water enters through roofs. The minorities are still being pushed away, not allowing them to prosper or move ahead. The minorities are also not provided jobs in Fourth Grade. Not even our people are provided any opportunities”.

“We have to bring a revolution. Through education we will push majority of our children into the job market, that even government won’t be able to push us back after 20 years. Our children will grab top government posts on merit basis and run this nation,” added Ajmal.

The district will become a commercial and educational HUB. Students from across the country and abroad will come to take admission in Ajmal University. The work of Ajmal University will also be started in a short time. Ajmal University work will also be started.

Ajmal was speaking at the foundation stone laying ceremony of Ajmal Residential School that was laid today at Doboka’s Velauguri, Assam.

Ajmal who is also the trustee of Ajmal Foundation, is setting up the residential school at Velauguri for several crores of Rupees.

The Ajmal family has been working relentlessly for education by setting up several educational institutions including Maryam Ajmal Women's College of Science and Technology, Ajmal Supar 40, Ajmal IAS Academy, Ajmal Law College, Ajmal College of Art Commerce and Science College.
