Assam Governor Lakshman Acharya recently visited Tinsukia, where he engaged in a series of administrative discussions and praised the state's ongoing developmental efforts.
During his visit, the Governor attended a comprehensive review meeting at the conference hall of the Tinsukia Deputy Commissioner's office.
The discussions centered around assessing the district's progress on various government initiatives and identifying key areas for improvement.
Following the meeting, Governor Acharya addressed a press conference, lauding the government’s commitment to development and emphasizing its positive impact on the region.
The review meeting witnessed the participation of officials, including State Home Minister Rupesh Gowala, Tinsukia MLA Sanjay Kishan, Chabua MLA Punakon Baruah, Deputy Commissioner Swapnil Paul, Superintendent of Police Abhijit Gaurav Dilip, and other departmental heads.
