<p>Addressing a press conference on Saturday, KSA Hamren Regional Committee president Prosanto Engti asserted that Baithalangso is an integral part of the Hamren region in West Karbi Anglong district and not a part of Nagaon.</p>

<p>Engti urged the public not to be misled by what he termed incorrect claims regarding the area's administrative jurisdiction. He stressed the need for factual accuracy while making public statements on district boundaries.</p>

<p>The KSA leader said the press briefing was convened to clarify the issue and prevent confusion among local residents regarding the administrative status of Baithalangso.</p>
