<p>The deceased has been identified as Sangeeta Nishad, who was reportedly discovered dead in her home on June 2, her body found in a hanging position. <br>
Sangeeta had married Rajesh Kewat, a resident of Uttar Pradesh, on March 7 this year.</p>

<p>According to the woman's family, she had been subjected to constant mental harassment by her in-laws ever since the marriage. Though originally from Uttar Pradesh, Rajesh Kewat’s family currently resides in Guwahati. <br><br>

<p>They have specifically levelled murder charges against her husband, demanding a thorough investigation into the incident.</p>

<p>Police are currently probing the case, and further details are awaited.</p>
