Northeast's aircraft restaurant 'Wings of Hazarika' left stranded for 48 hour in Jakhalabandha
The Northeast's inaugural Aircraft-themed restaurant, 'Wings of Hazarika', experienced further difficulties near Jakhalabandha in Assam's Nagaon District. The restaurant, which was transported from Mumbai Airport to Assam via a trailer truck, was halted for nearly 48 hours.
It has since resumed its journey to Sivasagar. The aircraft was unable to continue due to a high-capacity electric cable owned by the railway department obstructing its path. The situation was resolved after two days when the railway department lifted the cable, allowing the truck carrying the aircraft to proceed.
Hariprashana Hazarika of Sivasagar, an entrepreneur from Assam, is the owner of "Wings of Hazarika." The purpose of the aircraft is to construct a family restaurant that will be located in the region of Bhatiapara.
The 118-foot-long aircraft reportedly encountered an issue at the Jakhalabandha railway electric pole gate. They were forced to spend the night in the region after this. Certain reports state that the Lumding Railway Department must get authorization before the electric gate may be opened.
Just to see and snap pictures with the aircraft, a number of folks congregated on the road.
First, on December 29, the retired aircraft became lodged beneath the Piprakothi Bridge in Motihari, Bihar. Later, as the aircraft arrived in Assam, it became stuck beneath the railway flyover close to North Jalukbari in Guwahati once more.
