<p>Addressing the media, Scindia said, “I extend gratitude to the people of Assam and thank them," crediting the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma for the sweeping success, calling it a new record and milestone in the state’s political history.</p>

“No political party in Assam has achieved such a milestone before,” he added.</p>

He further stated that under Prime Minister Modi’s leadership, Assam will continue to progress and set new benchmarks in development.</p>
