<p>The cattle were recovered from the residence of Saikul Islam at Sonaribali near the banks of the Kolong River during the raid carried out by police based on specific inputs.<br>
 </p>

<p>Officials said a private vehicle was also seized from the spot.<br>
 </p>

<p>According to police, the accused managed to flee after allegedly sensing the presence of the police team. A search operation has been launched to trace him.<br>
 </p>

<p>Police sources said multiple cases, including alleged cattle theft and drug peddling, had previously been registered against the accused at Samaguri Police Station.</p>
