Two bodies, including that of a woman, were recovered from separate locations in Assam's Udharbond area on October 30, triggering concern among local residents.

The bodies were recovered from the Udharbond market area and the Bar Jangal area of Lalsing tea estate, police said.

According to the report, Pal did not return home after closing his shop on Thursday night. His family members began searching for him. On Friday morning, a shop employee found him hanging behind the building and alerted the police. The police subsequently recovered the body.

In the second incident, the body of a woman identified as Shukur Moni Munda, wife of Rajat Munda, was recovered from a forest area near Lalsing tea estate.

She had reportedly left for work on Thursday but did not return home. Her family subsequently informed the police. Her body was found hanging from a tree in the forest near Soru Singa on Friday morning.
