16-year-old Sikkim girl allegedly molested by a 45-year old 'family man'

GANGTOK: In a shocking incident reported from Northeast India's Sikkim, a 16-year-old minor girl has been allegedly sexually molested by a 45-year-old former army man in  Sikkim.

According to our sources, the alleged incident took place at Upper Bardang Westpendam East Sikkim.

The accused has been identified as Dalay Tamang.

He has been arrested by the Singtam Police under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

As per the source, the accused was a retired army man who is the father of kids.
