MUMBAI: In a recent development in the Mumbai cruise party drugs case Bollywood star Shah Rukh Khan's son Aryan Khan and other accused in the scandal will now be held in a quarantine cell in Arthur Jail for 3-5 days, said Nitin Waychal, Superintendent of Arthur Jail.
A court in Mumbai sent Aryan Khan and seven other accused to 14 days of judicial custody on Thursday.
Following his appearance before the Esplanade Magistrate Court, NCB summoned Aryan Khan to its Mumbai office.
Reports suggest that the anti-drugs agency arguing against the 23-year-old being given bail in court yesterday said that Aryan Khan was supplied drugs by one of the other men detained in the cruise ship cocaine investigation.

After his arrest on Monday, he was denied bail and sent to the custody of the anti-drugs agency Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) yesterday by a Mumbai court.
All eight were apprehended on Sunday after the anti-drugs agency raided a rave party on the “Cordelia” cruise ship heading from Mumbai to Goa on Saturday evening.
According to the anti-drugs bureau, the raids yielded 13 grams of cocaine, 21 grams of charas, 22 pills of MDMA, and 5 grams of MD.
The drugs were discovered disguised in garments, underwear, and purses, according to the Press Trust of India, citing an unnamed anti-drugs bureau official.
