ASSAM: AAMSU CELEBRATES GOLDEN JUBILEE

The Golden Jubilee of All Assam Moran Students Union has started from 2nd May and will last till 6 May at Janmukh playground in Tinsukia. The 5 day program includes inauguration of the Bordousa Coordination centre by the satradhikar Jugadananda Goswami. While a cultural procession will be taken out showcasing the the rich heritage of the Moran community in Assam and its importance in history. The procession included 50 elephants and abridged more than 100 tribes. While the program was attended by personalities like AASU advisor Samujjal Bhattacharya, President of Pradesh congress Ripon Bora,  MLA of Tinisukia, Dibrugarh and Sadiya Sanjay Kisan,Balen Chetia and Suresh Phukan. A total of 50 flags were hosted by the former president of Moran Students Union.
