ASSAM: CELEBRATION OF 163RD NATIONAL INTEGRATION DAY BY ANCC

The 163rd National Integration Day of the tribal people was celebrated by Adiwasi (Hull Divas) Adiwasi National Convention Committee (ANCC) at Mangaljora High School playground, located in Jaipur, Kokrajhar district.

The program started off with flag hoisting where President of the Adiwasi Sahitya Sabha, Moseram Marandi and President of the Welcome Committee Ananya Hemoram paid homage to the martyrs after the flag hosting. Plantation program was organized under the leadership of Chairman of Jaipur High School, Satyenath Tudu. There was a discussion organized in which many leaders of Adiwasi were present. Immediately after this, an open meeting was held, headed by the Chairmanship of the President of the Hon'ble Committee, Ananyas Harmonom. This meeting was organized by Prem Hansda, Deputy Chairman of the Welcoming Committee.

General Secretary of Adibashi National Convention Committee (ANCC) Birsingh Munda stated that the aim of this rebellion was to bring out the British from India's land. Today, in this case, we have got a joint relation with our rights. What is the right given in the India Constitution has not been given to Adiwasis. There is a triumph to achieve this. Adiwasi has not been granted public status in Assam and North East. This is the locker we have been doing and we will continue to do so. Through this gathering of today the people of Adiwasi are being motivated to take up the agitation.
