ASSAM: MASS SATYAGARHA AGAINST CITIZENSHIP AMENDMENT BILL

The whole state is protesting for the citizenship amendment bill in every district. The All Assam Students Union staged a mass satyagraha against the citizenship amendment bill in Tinsukia, today, demanding immediate dismal of the bill. Before the rally, a defendant assembly is organised where many organisation took part protesting against the bill. Under the aegis of General Secretary Lurinjyoti gogoi the mass rally started from GNB road to Tinsukia Thana.

They also formed one more defendant assembly in the Thana where every delegate from different organisation protested against the bill.

The rally was participated by Moran Studaents Union, Motok Sanmelan, Tai Ahom, AATSA, Gorkha Students Union, Tinsukia Sakha Sahitya Sabha Karmi P[arisad alongwith 28 various organisation.
