Amid the doom and gloom that has pervaded entire continents in the midst of the coronavirus crisis, the Government of Meghalaya has come up with a unique way to spread awareness about the pandemic: through song and dance. A song called "Stop Corona | Corona Out' has now been released online that seeks to put an end to the pandemic through awareness and healthcare tips to be taken by the people.

In a latest video that has been released on the official Youtube account of the Chief Minister of Meghalaya, Meghalaya kids can be seen singing about preventive measures to be taken by the people in order to stay safe and prevent an outbreak of the virus. The video features an all-kids cast who are seen in various scenarios, where they are seen teaching people ways to deal with the ongoing crisis brought about by the pandemic that has so far killed over 10,000 people across the world.
The 'Corona Out' video that was released earlier today has already garnered positive response from netizens at large, as it depicts the ways in which one can stay safe, while at the same time entertaining through song and dance. Moreover, the fact that it is being performed by adorable kids adds an extra appeal to the presentation.

The song, 'Stop Corona', begins with a man (played by a kid) who sneezes at a bus stop without covering his face. Then, another kid comes into the picture, who covers his face with his arm while sneezing, which is the correct way
Then, a group of 4 kids appears on the screen and perform a series of simple choreographed moves, while singing, "Corona out, we are on top; no place for you here, corona stop."
After the kids have delivered their verdict to stop the virus in its tracks, an adorable kid dressed up as a doctor, is shown singing the words, "Not meant to scare us, meant to prepare us, safety all the way through."
When you sneeze, when you cough, take care, the kids have further advised. The song further urges people not to touch their faces and mouths and eyes, apart from drinking more water to stay hydrated.
Furthermore, the anti-corona song also urges people to sleep and eat healthy. Besides, the song also encourages the people to wash their hands for at least 20 seconds. Another advice that the Meghalaya kids’ song gives is for people to stop shaking hands. Further, the adorable kids in the song have also urged the people to report to the doctor as soon as any symptoms show up, and told people to self-isolate to defeat the corona.
This emphatic message in the middle of the biggest health crisis in recent memory will undoubtedly go a long way towards spreading awareness about the pandemic and how best to deal with the situation.
