NEW DELHI: Addressing the Global CoWin Conclave on Monday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi stated that the CoWin platform is being prepared to be made open source to all the countries. He believes this aligns with the Indian philosophy of seeing the whole world as one family.
It will soon be made available to all the countries, informed Modi.
During his address, the Prime Minister conveyed his condolences for all the lives lost due to the pandemic worldwide.

He reiterated that the nation has not witnessed such a powerful pandemic in 100 years.
“The biggest lesson from the COVID-19 pandemic is that for humanity and the human cause, we have to work together and move ahead together. We have to learn from each other and guide each other about our best practices” said the Prime Minister.
Citing the importance of vaccination, Modi said that it is important to adopt a fully digital approach while planning a vaccination strategy.
He added that such an approach will help to produce proof of vaccination and speed up the 'back to normal' process. Modi added that a digital approach facilitates minimizes wastage and also helps in tracking the usage of vaccination.
