Mizoram's Champai district was hit by an earthquake of 3.6 magnitude on the Richter scale.
The quake occurred at 6.09 am, on Saturday.

National centre of Seismology tweeted,
The depth of the light intensity quake was 5km.
However, there are no reports of any injuries or property damage due to the earthquake.
