An Mi-17 Helicopter of the Indian Air Force (IAF) crash-landed in West of Tuting town of Arunachal Pradesh on Thursday, as informed by the Indian Air Force.
According to reports, the IAF said that the crash-landing was due to the bad weather prevailing in Tuting which was flying from Jorhat in Assam to Tuting in Arunachal Pradesh. The helicopter was on a routine mission from Tuting in Arunachal Pradesh.
Luckily all the 16 on-board are reported to be safe. However, the IAF is yet to make an official statement on the issue..
