Imphal (Manipur), Aug 8, 2018

In a joint operation of the Assam Rifles and Civil Defence Organisation, an IED was recovered at Utlong on Tuesday.

The IED was gelatine-based and remote-controlled and weighed approximately three kg.

It was later destroyed by a bomb disposal squad of the police on Wednesday
