NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court bench of Justice Midha heard a petition filed by actress Juhi Chawla against the roll-out of 5G telecommunication from 3 pm today which got interrupted when someone sang in between more than once.
The court was discussing the court fees virtually when someone joined the hearing and interrupted the session by singing a song from a Juhi Chawla movie.
The court ordered the court master to mute them from the virtual meeting.
Plaintiff's attorney advocate Khosla started submissions on the point of court fees and the same person started singing songs from Juhi's movie yet again."
I hope these are not distractions from the defendant," said Khosla to the court.

The court master acted on the court's order to remove that person and locked the hearing immediately.
When Khosla proceeded further on section 80 and section 91 the same person again started singing songs which apparently irked the court.
"Please identify and issue contempt notice. Contact Delhi Police IT department. We will issue notice," the court-ordered again.
It needs mention here that Bollywood actress and environmentalist Juhi Chawla has filed a lawsuit against the implementation of the 5G network in India because of the radiation impact it can have on the environment.
Chawla said she is not against technology and uses it herself. However, if the 5G network is implemented in the country, human beings and other living organisms will be exposed to levels of RF radiation that are 10x to 100x times greater than what exists now, she said.
The hearing is still going on at the time of filing this report and the court has not reached any conclusion.
