MANIPUR: THREE DRUG PEDDLER APREHENDED

In a combine search operation by NAB arrested one drug peddler from Alu Gali who is identified as Md Nasir Khan alias Amuba (35) son of Md Taher Ali of Lilong Yanghei Leikei and from him five grams of heroin powder is recovered.

On further investigation the drug peddler disclosed another two drug peddler identified as Maibam Rozer alias Tomba (35) son of M. Igocha Singh of Laipham Khunou Mamang Leikei and the other one identified as Nandeibam Nanao (31) son of N. Sobha of Matai Awang Leikei who were arrested from a meat hotel located in Sangakpham Bazar opposite DAV Public School.

Four grams of heroin powder, 14 small plastics vials, three syringes ,one plastic bottle modified for consuming Amphetamine types of substances (WY) and a sum of Rs 5860 were seized from their possession. Further investigation regarding the case is going on.
