SHILLONG: Meghalaya recorded 155 fresh COVID-19 cases over the past 24 hours pushing the tally in the state to 15,786.
The state currently has an active caseload of 1,244.
On the other hand, another person succumbed to the disease yesterday taking the death toll to 158.
Meanwhile, 148 people have recuperated from the disease during the period taking the total number of recoveries in the state to 14,384.

Over 4.47 lakh COVID-19 tests have been conducted in the state so far.
Meghalaya has so far administered more than 2.09 lakh Covid-19 vaccine, with 51,000 of them receiving both the doses of the vaccine.
