AIZAWL: PSA Oxygen Plant under PMCARES Fund was inaugurated today by Mizoram Chief Minister Zoramthanga at Mizoram State Cancer Institute (MSCI), Zemabawk.
Pressure Swing Absorption (PSA) Oxygen Plant is funded by PMCARES Fund (Citizen Assistance and Relief in Emergency Situation) to fight Covid-19 second wave.
The inaugural programme was chaired by Dr. Zoramthanga, Director, MSCI. the newly inaugurated oxygen plant at MSCI is a 1000 LPM plant capacity.

The inaugural programme was held at the time the Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated 35 pressure swing adsorption (PSA) oxygen plants established under the PM CARES fund across 35 States and Union Territories in an event at AIIMS Rishikesh in Uttarakhand.
Mizoram received 13 oxygen plant under the PMCARES Fund.
